Get Me To The Doctor (“GMTD”) is a mobile application used to submit non-emergency medical transportation requests. GMTD does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911.

When you submit a trip request using the GMTD app, we may collect the following information:

Passenger name

Trip and Accessibility Information
Pickup and destination locations

Mobility and accessibility needs (such as wheelchair, bariatric equipment, stretcher, or oxygen supplied by the carrier)
Passenger weight and related information when relevant to vehicle or equipment requirements
Notes entered by the user
GMTD does not collect payment card or banking information through the app.

Information collected through GMTD is used solely to:
Create and process transportation requests
Communicate trip details to dispatch
Assign appropriate vehicles, drivers, and equipment
Support operational, safety, and billing requirements related to transportation services
Monitor application functionality and resolve technical issues
Personal information is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.
Information Sharing
Information submitted through the GMTD app is shared only as necessary to fulfill transportation services and to support application operation and maintenance.
Specifically, information may be shared with:
Chisholm Trail Transportation (CTT)
CTT employee drivers
CTT-authorized independent contractors, where applicable
Sweet IT, as a technical service provider responsible for application monitoring, maintenance, and support
Sweet IT does not use this information for any purpose other than supporting the operation and maintenance of the GMTD application.
We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.
Data Security
Information submitted through the GMTD app is transmitted using secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Access to submitted information is restricted to authorized personnel involved in transportation operations or application support.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information from unauthorized access.
Data Retention
Information is retained only as long as necessary to support transportation operations, comply with legal or contractual obligations, and resolve disputes.
